Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Dosely — Pool & Hot Tub Care application ("the App") published by Bulpara Teknoloji Limited Şirketi, trading as Bulpara ("we", "us", "our"). By downloading or using the App, you agree to these Terms.

1. Service Description

Dosely is an iOS application that helps pool and hot tub owners balance their water. You log a water test, and the App calculates suggested chemical doses for your water's volume. Features include a dosing calculator for chlorine, pH, total alkalinity, cyanuric acid, calcium hardness, salt and bromine; a built-in volume calculator (rectangle, round, oval, kidney); trend charts with target bands; test and maintenance reminders; a timeline of tests and chemical additions; and season report PDF export. All calculations run on your device.

2. Dosing Is Guidance Only — Important Safety Notice

Dosely is an informational tool, not professional water-management or safety advice. You understand and agree that:

• Always verify with your own test kit and follow the product label. Dosing recommendations are estimates based on the readings and water volume you enter.
• Accuracy depends entirely on the accuracy of your test readings and your stated water volume. Incorrect inputs produce incorrect doses.
• Pool and spa chemicals can be hazardous. Always handle, measure, store, and combine them according to the manufacturer's instructions and applicable safety guidance. Never mix chemicals directly.
• Add chemicals one at a time, in the recommended order, and observe wait times before re-testing or re-entering the water.
• The App is not a substitute for a professional pool service, a physical test kit, or the judgment of a qualified water-care professional.
• The App makes no health, medical, or regulated safety claims about water quality or sanitation.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes. You agree not to:

• Rely on the App as your sole authority for water safety where regulations require professional testing (e.g. commercial or public pools)
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the App's dosing logic or assets
• Attempt to circumvent subscription restrictions or free-tier limitations
• Use the App in any manner that violates applicable laws or third-party rights

4. Subscriptions & Billing

• Free tier: No charge. One pool or hot tub, the full dosing calculator, the last 30 days of history, and water-test reminders.
• Premium Monthly: $4.99/month. Unlimited pools and hot tubs, full history, trend charts with target bands, smart maintenance reminders (test, shock, filter, drain & refill), and season report PDF export.
• Premium Annual: $29.99/year (save 50% vs. monthly), including a 7-day free trial. Same Premium feature set as monthly.
• Subscriptions are billed through the Apple App Store and are subject to Apple's Terms of Service.
• Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• You can manage and cancel your subscription through your Apple ID settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
• If you cancel during a free trial period before the trial ends, you will not be charged.
• We reserve the right to change pricing with reasonable notice. Existing subscribers retain their price for the remainder of the active term.

5. User Content

Your pools, water tests, dosing history, and reminders are stored locally on your device. You retain all rights to your data. We do not access, collect, or store your content on any server.

6. Intellectual Property

The App, including its design, code, and dosing logic, is owned by Bulpara Teknoloji Limited Şirketi and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for its intended purpose.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE APP WILL BE ERROR-FREE OR UNINTERRUPTED, OR THAT ANY DOSING RECOMMENDATION WILL PRODUCE A PARTICULAR WATER-CHEMISTRY RESULT.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, BULPARA SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APP, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

• Damage to pools, spas, equipment, surfaces, or property resulting from chemical additions
• Injury or illness resulting from the handling, mixing, or application of pool or spa chemicals
• Decisions made based on a dosing recommendation or trend chart
• Inaccurate results caused by incorrect readings or water-volume inputs
• Subscription-related charges that fall under Apple's billing policy

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Bulpara from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the App, including any chemicals you add to your water based on its guidance.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or the business.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, without regard to its conflict of laws provisions.
