Dosely — Pool & Hot Tub Care ("the App") is published by Bulpara Teknoloji Limited Şirketi, trading as Bulpara ("we", "us", "our"). This policy describes how we handle information when you use the App. The short version: your water data stays on your iPhone, and we don't collect it.
1. Your Water Data Stays on Your Device
- Everything is stored locally. Your pools, water tests, dosing history, and reminders live in the App's private storage on your iPhone (using Apple's SwiftData).
- The App does not upload, transmit, stream, or store your data on our servers. We have no servers that hold user data.
- All dosing calculations run entirely on-device, even with no internet connection.
- If you choose to export a season report PDF and share it via the iOS share sheet (Messages, Mail, Files, etc.), you control where it goes — we never see it.
2. Data We Store Locally
- Pool & spa profiles: Names, water volume, type (pool or hot tub), and sanitizer system (chlorine, saltwater, or bromine).
- Water tests: Your readings (free chlorine, pH, total alkalinity, cyanuric acid, calcium hardness, salt, bromine) and timestamps.
- Chemical actions & timeline: A record of doses added and maintenance performed.
- Maintenance schedule & reminders: When to test, shock, clean the filter, and drain & refill.
- Preferences: Units (imperial or metric), default target ranges, and notification settings.
- Purchase status: Subscription state is managed by Apple's StoreKit and cached locally for feature gating.
3. Data We Collect: None
Dosely is built to collect nothing about you. There is:
- No account and no sign-up — we never ask for your name, email, or phone number.
- No analytics or tracking SDKs.
- No advertising and no ad networks — Dosely has no ads on any tier.
- No sale or sharing of personal data. There is nothing for us to sell.
In Apple App Store terms, Dosely's privacy label is "Data Not Collected."
4. Permissions We Request
- Notifications (optional): Only used to remind you to test your water and perform maintenance (shock, filter clean, drain & refill). You choose whether to enable them, and you can disable them in iOS Settings at any time. The App works fully without notifications.
Dosely does not request access to your microphone, camera, photos, contacts, or location.
5. Third-Party Services
The App uses one third-party service:
- Apple App Store / StoreKit: Manages the optional Premium subscription and purchases. Governed by Apple's privacy policy.
There are no advertising, analytics, or cloud services in the App.
6. Data Storage and Security
- All pools, tests, history, reminders, and preferences are stored locally on your device.
- No water data or device-identifiable content is transmitted to or stored on our servers.
- Purchase verification uses Apple's secure StoreKit framework.
- The App's core features work completely offline.
7. Your Rights
You can:
- Delete individual water tests, chemical actions, or entire pools from inside the App
- Delete the App to remove all local data, history, and preferences
- Disable Notifications from iOS Settings at any time

8. Children's Privacy
The App is rated 4+ and is not intended to collect data from children under 13. Because the App does not collect personal data at all, this is enforced by design.

We may update this policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date.
